TERMS:
All prices are subject to VAT and prices displayed on this Web site are inclusive of VAT.
When booking a place you are purchasing the opportunity to attend a specific lecture or other event followed by accompanying light supper and drink.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings are non-refundable. If you cannot make an event you may transfer your booking, for that specific event, to a friend.
COMPLAINTS:
Complaints about an event must be made in writing to The Membership Secretary, Miller's Academy, 28A Hereford Road, London, W2 5AJ, within 30 days of the event.
REFUNDS:
A full refund will be made if an event is cancelled and an alternative date or alternative event cannot be agreed.
A refund, in part or in whole and at the sole discretion of the Academy, may be made for an event if that event was deemed to have fallen short of what might reasonably be expected on the basis of the information published about that event on the official Miller's Academy Web site.
Membership may be cancelled and the membership fee will be refunded on a pro rata basis, the one-off joining fee is not refundable, and in addition, a £30.00 administration fee is charged for cancellation of founder membership.
Requests for cancellation of membership must be made in writing to The Membership Secretary, Miller's Academy, 28A Hereford Road, London, W2 5AJ, giving one calendar month's notice of termination of membership.
